Sebi chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey on Thursday said the regulator is exploring ways to lengthen equity derivatives contracts’ tenure and maturity. The move comes amid surging retail-driven trading, with Sebi already curbing expiries and raising lot sizes to temper speculative activity.
