Regaal Resources' IPO to open on Aug 12; sets price band at Rs 96-102/ share

Regaal Resources has set a price band of Rs 96–102 for its Rs 306-crore IPO, open from August 12–14.

The offer includes a Rs 210-crore fresh issue and Rs 96 crore OFS by promoters.

Rs 159 crore from the fresh issue will go towards debt repayment.

FY25 revenue rose 52.5% YoY to Rs 915 crore; PAT more than doubled to Rs 47.7 crore.
