Indian Continent Investment, led by Sunil Mittal, is set to sell around 0.8% of its stake in Bharti Airtel via a block deal worth over ₹9,300 crore. The transaction involves five crore shares at a floor price of ₹1,862 each, reflecting a 3% discount. This follows a similar stake sale in February, and comes amid strong year-to-date gains in Bharti Airtel’s stock.
