Envestcom Holding RSC has offloaded 22 million shares—equivalent to a 1.83% stake—in Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) via bulk deals on the NSE and BSE. The shares were sold at ₹790 each, amounting to a total transaction value of ₹1,736.73 crore. As a result, Envestcom’s stake in AESL has dropped from 2.68% to 0.85%.
