Copper futures gain on higher spot demand



Copper futures rose marginally to Rs 884.95 per kilogram on Thursday due to higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for September delivery marginally grew by 5 paise or 0.01 per cent to Rs 884.95 per kg in a business turnover of 6,626 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
