Acme Solar Holdings’ board has approved a plan to raise ₹3,000 crore in multiple tranches through equity shares or other equity-linked instruments. The board also re-appointed Shashi Shekhar as Vice-Chairman and Whole-Time Director, effective April 9, 2026. Both proposals are subject to shareholder approval at the company’s AGM on September 29, 2025.
