Shares of Waaree Energies rose 1.9% to an intraday high of Rs 3,179 on the BSE on Thursday after the company announced an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 10 lakh equity shares in its subsidiary, Indosolar Ltd. The stake on offer represents 2.4% of Indosolar’s total issued and paid-up capital.
