Shares of Oberoi Realty rose nearly 3% on Tuesday after the company said a consortium including itself, Shree Naman Developers, and JM Financial Properties has secured approval from the Committee of Creditors for a ₹919 crore resolution plan for Hotel Horizon Pvt Ltd in Mumbai.
