Kaytex Fabrics' Rs 70 crore SME IPO saw 12.05x overall subscription; retail booked 16.48x. GMP hints at 22% listing premium.
IPO opened on July 29 and closed July 31; listing expected on August 5 on NSE SME.
Proceeds to fund warehouse, fabric tech upgrades, working capital, and other needs.
Revenue rose from Rs 99.2 crore in FY23 to Rs 152.8 crore in FY25; net profit grew to Rs 16.9 crore.
