Johnson Controls – Hitachi declared its highest-ever dividend of Rs 36/share for FY26; record date is July 9.
Stock jumped nearly 5% intraday to Rs 1,825 on dividend announcement.
The company has declared 11 dividends since 2010, with a current yield of 0.85%.
Shares have declined 9% in the past year and remain flat in 2025.
