Indira IVF Hospital is planning to launch its initial public offering in India.
The company will soon submit preliminary documents for listing. The IPO may raise Rs 3,500 crore.
The company had previously withdrawn its draft prospectus.
Indira IVF operates over 155 fertility centers across India.
