Sensex, Nifty on Wednesday

Dalal Street rallied on Wednesday as investors welcomed the easing of tensions between Iran and Israel, with IT, auto, and consumer durables leading the gains. The S&P BSE Sensex jumped 700 points or 0.85% to settle at 82,755.51, while the Nifty 50 climbed 200 points or 0.8% to close at 25,244.75.
