Pine Labs set to file for up to Rs 6,000-crore IPO by month-end

Pine Labs is expected to submit its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India by the end of this month, as the merchant payments and lending platform prepares for an IPO later this year, sources told ET.
