Oil prices climb amid rising US-Iran tensions and Middle East troop movements



Oil prices inched higher on Thursday, reaching over two-month highs, as concerns mounted over potential supply disruptions stemming from heightened US-Iran tensions. The uptick followed remarks from US President Donald Trump about relocating American personnel from the Middle East, stoking fears of escalating conflict. Brent crude rose 15 cents to $69.92 a barrel, while WTI gained 22 cents to $68.37.
