After a highly volatile session, gold August futures on MCX opened flat at ₹99,611 per 10 grams, edging up by ₹70 or 0.07%. Meanwhile, silver July futures opened slightly higher, rising ₹604 or 0.55% to touch a new all-time high of ₹1,09,630 per kilogram.
