Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases IPO subscribed 21% by Day 2, up from 8% on Day 1.
Retail investors subscribed 29%; NIIs at 28%.
QIB portion remains unsubscribed so far.
Total bids stood at 31.15 lakh shares against 1.51 crore on offer.
