PNB Housing shares jump 7% as Carlyle likely sells 10.44% stake via block deal

Shares of PNB Housing Finance jumped 7.4% to touch a day’s high of ₹1,085 on the BSE on Friday, following reports that Carlyle Group likely offloaded its remaining 10.44% stake in the company via a $308 million (₹2,604 crore) block deal, as per a term sheet from IIFL Capital.
