Gold slides to one-week low as dollar strengthens after U.S. court blocks Trump tariffs

Gold slipped to its lowest level in over a week on Thursday, weighed down by a stronger dollar and improved risk sentiment after a U.S. federal court halted President Donald Trump’s "Liberation Day" tariffs.

Spot gold fell 0.5% to $3,262.99 an ounce as of 0057 GMT, marking its lowest level since May 20. U.S. gold futures declined 1.1% to $3,259.50.
