Gensol Engineering shares fell 5% for the 16th consecutive day, hitting a fresh 52-week low of Rs 74.20 on BSE and Rs 73.42 on NSE.
The stock has dropped 54.6% in the last 16 days and 93.4% from its 52-week high of Rs 1,125.75.
Promoters Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi face SEBI regulatory action for alleged loan diversion.
SEBI banned the duo from holding positions in listed companies over share manipulation and fund diversion issues.
