CDSL shares drop over 5% after Q4 profit falls 22% YoY to Rs 100 crore

CDSL Q4FY25 net profit fell 22% YoY to Rs 100.39 crore; revenue down 6.7% to Rs 224.45 crore.

EBITDA dropped 26.1% YoY to Rs 109 crore; margin stood at 48.7%.

Stock fell over 5% intraday; down 30% YTD, but up 18% in 12 months.

Final dividend of Rs 12.50/share announced; analysts maintain 'Hold' with 1% upside target.
