Bajaj Auto offers ₹4,365 cr Loan to KTM, plans bond conversion

Bajaj Auto has extended a ₹4,365 crore loan to KTM, to be held in an Escrow account for the motorcycle maker’s creditors. Additionally, its arm, Bajaj Auto International Holdings, will convert ₹1,455 crore worth of Pierer Bajaj bonds into equity.
