NSE raises entry bar for SMEs seeking main board migration

 



NSE now requires SMEs to be listed for at least 3 years and have Rs 10 crore paid-up capital for main board migration.
Firms must show Rs 100 crore revenue last year and profits in 2 of past 3 years.
Minimum net worth set at Rs 75 crore with at least 500 public shareholders.
Clean regulatory track, no IBC/NCLT issues, and promoter holding norms are mandatory.
