Companies rush to file for IPOs despite weak market

Despite the ongoing slowdown in the IPO market, preparations for equity fundraising continue at a steady pace. In just the past three days, 14 companies have filed their draft prospectuses with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
