Zomato to be renamed 'Eternal', while the food delivery brand remains unchanged.
Eternal to include four businesses – Zomato, Blinkit, District, and Hyperpure.
Shareholders approved the name change via a special resolution.
Corporate website and stock ticker will transition to "eternal.com" upon final approval.
