Waaree RTL received a Rs 232.30 crore LoA for a 170 MW AC/255 MW DC solar EPC project.

Project awarded by promoter group Waaree Energies, set for FY 2025–26 execution.

Transaction conducted on an arm’s length basis per regulatory norms.

Stock performance: Down 31.54% in a year, 27.18% YTD, and 39.64% in six months.
