Rupee leaps to over three-week high on inflows, softer dollar

The rupee hit a three-week high at 86.54/USD, aided by dollar inflows and a weaker greenback. It gained for four straight sessions, up 0.8% this month. Sensex and Nifty rose over 1%, while the dollar index eased to 103.3.
