PhysicsWallah filed draft IPO papers with Sebi via a confidential pre-filing route.
The pre-filing does not guarantee the IPO will proceed.
The edtech firm offers online, offline, and hybrid learning across India.
In September, it raised $210 million, valuing it at $2.8 billion.
