JB Chemicals shares fell 7.4% as 90 lakh shares changed hands in a block deal.

KKR sold a 5.78% stake, with an offer price at Rs 1,625 per share.

Stock declined 14.84% YTD, but saw a 1.98% recovery in the past month.

Kotak Securities, Jefferies, IIFL, and Avendus managed the deal.
