HCC shares rally 15% as JV wins Rs 2,470 crore order from Tata Power

 

HCC-Tata Projects JV won a Rs 2,470 crore contract from Tata Power for a 1,000 MW pumped storage project in Maharashtra.

The project involves civil, hydro-mechanical, and infrastructure works, including tunnels, reservoirs, and powerhouses.

Co has contributed to 26% of India's installed hydropower capacity.

Co shares gained 21.6% in a week but remain down 37% over 3 months.
