Grand Continent Hotels is set to open its IPO on March 20, with the subscription period running until March 24. The offering includes a fresh issue of 62.4 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 3.28 lakh shares, targeting a total fundraising of ₹74 crore.
