Union Home Minister Amit Shah chaired a review meeting in New Delhi today on the implementation of three new criminal laws in Maharashtra in the presence of the state's Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis: MHA

He directed the Maharashtra government to implement the new criminal laws as soon as possible for all commissioners in the state and urged the state government to establish an ideal Directorate of Prosecution system in accordance with the new criminal laws.
