The SME IPO of Malpani Pipes and Fittings was fully subscribed on Thursday, with an overall subscription of 10.16 times as of 10:22 AM on the second day of bidding. The company aims to raise Rs 26 crore by issuing 28.80 lakh fresh equity shares, and its stock will be listed on the BSE SME platform on February 4.
The retail portion was subscribed 17.24 times, while the non-institutional investors category saw 8.28 times subscription. The qualified institutional buyers subscribed 2% of the allotted portion.
