HUL to list Kwality Wall's ice cream shares, demerger ratio announced

Hindustan Unilever announced the demerger of its ice cream business, Kwality Wall's Ltd., into a separate listed entity.

Shareholders will receive one KWIL share for every HUL share they own, as per the demerger terms.
