Stock broking platform Groww has engaged with several investment banks regarding a potential initial public offering (IPO), according to sources familiar with the matter.
The IPO is expected to be valued between $6 billion and $8 billion, these sources added.
The fintech company is likely to raise approximately $700 million through the public offering, according to insiders.
Groww has recently completed the process of moving its parent entity back to India from the US to pave the way for its listing in India.
