European stocks little changed as investors assess mixed earnings

European shares were flat Thursday, hovering below Wednesday's record high, as tech losses offset gains in telecom and utilities. The STOXX 600 remained steady at 0825 GMT. Tech fell 1.2%, led by a 3.6% drop in chip equipment supplier ASML.
