The Supreme Court has temporarily halted proceedings related to show cause notices amounting to Rs 1.12 lakh crore, which were issued to online gaming companies by the GST authorities, until the case is thoroughly heard and a decision is made by the Court.
A two-judge bench, consisting of Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice R Mahadevan, has scheduled the next hearing for March.
