Cyient shares tumble 19% after CEO exit, lower guidance for FY25




The technology services firm reported a weak performance for the December quarter and announced the resignation of its CEO, Karthikeyan Natarajan, amid lowered growth and margin guidance for FY25.

The company’s DET (digital, engineering, and technology) segment recorded a revenue of Rs 1,480 crore for the third quarter of fiscal 2025, reflecting a 2.1% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth but a 0.8% year-on-year (YoY) decline.
