Two mutual funds file draft documents with Sebi to launch 3 passive funds and a small cap fund

Two mutual funds, Edelweiss and Mirae Asset, filed draft documents with Sebi.

They plan to launch three passive funds and one small cap fund.

Passive funds will track BSE Capital Markets & Insurance, Internet Economy, and 200 Equal Weight indices.

Minimum investment for all funds is Rs 5,000, with allocations primarily in equities and related securities.
