Engineering, procurement, and construction firm Globe Civil Projects Ltd announced on Tuesday that it has filed preliminary papers with market regulator SEBI to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue of 1.9 crore equity shares, with no offer-for-sale component, as per the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed with SEBI.
