BSE shares tumble 6% on Jefferies’ downgrade to ‘underperform’ rating




Shares of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) dropped 6% to a day's low of ₹4,471 on the NSE after Jefferies, a global brokerage firm, downgraded the stock's rating from ‘hold’ to ‘underperform.’

Despite this downgrade, Jefferies raised the target price from ₹2,850 to ₹3,500.
