BEML shares zoom 8% on winning contract to make India’s 1st bullet train



Shares of state-owned BEML surged 8% in early trading on Wednesday, reaching a high of ₹4,009.25 on the BSE, following the announcement that the company secured a contract worth ₹866.87 crore from the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) for the development of India’s first high-speed train.
