Bank of Maharashtra Q2 profit surges 44% to Rs 1,327 crore State-owned Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) reported a 44% increase in profit, reaching ₹1,327 crore for the second quarter ending September 2024, driven by higher interest income. In the same quarter last year, the Pune-based lender had a net profit of ₹920 crore. Total income for the quarter rose to ₹6,809 crore, compared to ₹5,736 crore in the corresponding period last year, as stated in a regulatory filing by BoM.
