Afcons Infrastructure's IPO, a Shapoorji Pallonji company, saw a 4% subscription on its first day, with bids for 32,07,136 shares out of the total 8,66,19,950 shares as of 12:12 pm. The retail portion reached 6% subscription, while qualified institutional buyers made no bids, and non-institutional investors subscribed 3%.
