The board of directors of Reliance Industries (RIL) is set to review a proposal to issue bonus shares at a 1:1 ratio in their meeting scheduled for later today. Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani revealed this plan during RIL's 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 29.
