In a move to unlock value for Raymond Ltd shareholders, shares of Raymond Lifestyle—spun off from the parent company in June this year—were listed on stock exchanges this morning. The stock debuted at Rs 3,020 on the NSE and Rs 3,000 on the BSE.
This listing values Raymond Lifestyle, which targets India's wedding and ceremonial market, at approximately Rs 18,300 crore.
