Morgan Stanley sees up to 20% upside in Tata Power, Torrent Power & BHEL

 

In a recent research note, global investment bank Morgan Stanley expressed an optimistic outlook on the utilities capital expenditure cycle, issuing double upgrades for Tata Power and Torrent Power.
