Shares of ITD Cementation jumped 17.5% to Rs 553.70 on BSE during Friday’s intraday session, as Adani Group emerged as the top contender to acquire the promoter's 46.64% stake in the company.
At the current market value, a successful deal would be valued at approximately Rs 5,888.57 crore ($700 million), including a fully subscribed open offer following the stake purchase.
