IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd has agreed to sell its Home Finance company, IndoStar Home Finance Ltd (IHFPL), to Witkopeend BV, an affiliate of global private equity firm BPEA EQT Mid-Market Growth Partnership, for Rs 1,750 crore on a fully diluted basis.
