Hong Kong stocks end more than 3% higher on China stimulus




Hong Kong stocks soared more than three percent Friday, capping its best week since the global financial crisis, fuelled by a series of Chinese measures this week aimed at kickstarting the economy. The Hang Seng Index rallied 3.55%, or 707.72 points, to 20,632.30 -- the first time it has broken 20,000 since August. The Shanghai Composite Index jumped 2.88 percent, or 86.58 points, to 3,087.53, and the Shenzhen Composite Index on China's second exchange advanced 6.05 percent, or 99.20 points, to 1,737.57.
