Fitch lowers China Vanke's issuer ratings to 'B+' from 'BB-'

Ratings agency Fitch on Thursday downgraded property developer China Vanke's long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings to "B+" from "BB-", with a negative outlook.
